• Inventory/ Schedule of Condition

  - £250+VAT 3-bed house +

Document Service

• Rent Increases, Section 13 - £150+VAT Per Property (conditions apply)
• Section 3/48 £185+VAT
• Contract alone £200+VAT
  Contract renewals - £150+VAT
• Rent Collection – 8% of monthly rent per month (+VAT)
• Duplicate Documents, hard copies (Inventory or AST) - £10 Per document
• Annual statement £80+VAT per property

Eviction

• Prepare file for Section 21/8 £180+VAT
• Manage eviction process/communicate with Solicitors £150+VAT
• Court attendance £350+VAT
• Meet bailiff £250+VAT (plus the cost of a locksmith to change locks)

Maintenance

• ‘Holiday’ cover - £80+VAT Per Week (Mon-Sun)

If you are away for a period of time and have no one for the tenants to contact in the event of an emergency/maintenance issue, we can take over that burden for the duration of your time away. The above cost does not cover the cost of any works required during this period.
