Contract renewals - £150+VAT - Rent Collection – 8% of monthly rent per month (+VAT)
- Duplicate Documents, hard copies (Inventory or AST) - £10 Per document
- Annual statement £80+VAT per property
Eviction
- Prepare file for Section 21/8 £180+VAT
- Manage eviction process/communicate with Solicitors £150+VAT
- Court attendance £350+VAT
- Meet bailiff £250+VAT (plus the cost of a locksmith to change locks)
Maintenance
- ‘Holiday’ cover - £80+VAT Per Week (Mon-Sun)
If you are away for a period of time and have no one for the tenants to contact in the event of an emergency/maintenance issue, we can take over that burden for the duration of your time away. The above cost does not cover the cost of any works required during this period.
